Giobert S.p.A. has always embraced the values of integrity and transparency in its corporate management. For this reason, with resolution of 19 September 2014, the Board of Directors adopted an Organisation, Management and Control model according to Italian Legislative Decree no. 231/2001.
Although its adoption is not a legal requirement, the Model is a valuable awareness raising tool for all those who work for and on behalf of Giobert S.p.A., helping to ensure that they act with integrity and fairness, in order to prevent the risk of commission of the offences contemplated by the Decree.
In order to monitor the implementation of the Model, the Board of Directors has also appointed a Supervisory Body responsible to verify its effectiveness, as well as compliance with its requirements and the updating of the Model.
